Q: What is your role within SGA?
A: “As the Vice President of Academic Affairs, I am responsible for the development of academic facilities. I also am the official representative for academic advisors.”
Q: Why did you run for an SGA position?
A: “I chose to run for Vice President of Academic Affairs because I want to become an advisor after college.”
Q: What do you plan to do within your position?
A: “To try to bridge the gap between Armstrong and Statesboro,” Vacirca said. “I want to get all campuses involved in SGA as the university continues to expand.”
Q: What do you want students to know about SGA?
A: “I want students to know that we exist and we are here for students,” Vacirca said. “Students can contact me or any member of Student Government if they see an issue that needs to be addressed on campus.”
Q: What can students expect from SGA next school year?
A: “Students can expect a lot of change,” Vacirca said. “Growth and advocacy is important for SGA, and campus life is improving.”
