Southern Adventures will be handing out bikes as part of their Campus Cycle program Monday night.

Bike numbers for the spring 2018 semester will be issued at 4 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, and numbers will be called at 8 p.m. Students must appear in person to get their bike.

The Campus Cycle program rents bikes to students for the semester for only $30. Along with the bike, the $30 covers basic wear-and-tear damages and includes a bike lock.

Students are responsible for extensive repairs as well as a replacement fee if the bike is lost or stolen, which can cost between $50 to $100.

Due to high demand for these bikes, numbers are issued to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Any student who does not receive a bike is put on a waiting list until a bike is returned.

Bikes must be returned by May 3, 2018.
