Due to the threat of inclement weather, the date and time of the annual Georgia Southern Blue-White game has been moved to Friday at 7:30 p.m.

According to the Weather Channel, there is an 80% chance of rain on Saturday. Thunderstorms are likely throughout the day.

In addition to the time change, a handful of other festivities scheduled for Saturday have been affected. The Eagle Walk and GS Spring Classic track meet have been canceled, while Southern Smoke BBQ Cook-Off has been postponed to a later day and time.

This will not be the first time the GS Spring game has been played under the lights, as the 2019 edition was also played at 7:30 p.m.

The game is still available to listen to on 106.5 FM and on GSEagles.com. The game will also be televised on ESPN+ for the first time in program history.
