The Statesboro Police Department has released new information on kidnapping offender, Bradley Cochran. Cochran has two pending criminal cases in Pickens County including a 2016 arrest for Possession of Methamphetamine and on regarding a 2017 arrest for Child Molestation, according to the SPD press release.
